This CD craft is super simple, and it's a great decoration or gift. A friend taught me how to make it over the summer, and I thought you guys would like to know how to make it.
Supplies
- Used/old CDs (as many as you want
- Glue
- Clear tape (optional, depends what design you are making)
- Paper (different colors for different designs)
- Extra craft supplies for designs: pipe cleaners, googly eyes, pom poms, buttons, etc
- Markers/crayons/colored pencils
Instructions
1. First, decide what design you want to make. I made a bunny and a watermelon.
2. Get your CDs, and trace the shape of them on the paper you are using. Cut out the circle(s). Trace and cut out any additional paper if needed, like on my watermelon.
3. Glue the paper onto the CD.
4. Once the glue is dried, draw and add things to finish your design (googly eyes, ears, buttons). For designs such as the bunny , where you need stuff like ears sticking out, flip the CD over and tape your material on in the shape you need, with clear tape.
5. Put them up as decorations or give them to someone as a gift. They'll love it!
