INGREDIENTS
1 tablespoon butter
1 egg
1/4 cup sugar
3 tablespoons cocoa powder
powdered sugar (optional)
INSTRUCTIONS
Put the butter in the mug and microwave until melted. Crack the egg into a separate, small bowl and gently whisk it. Pour it into the butter and whisk until mixed together. Beat in the sugar and cocoa powder with the whisk. Cook in the microwave for 1 min-1 min 30 seconds. If you like, sift some powdered sugar on top for garnish. Dig in and enjoy!
