Here's a fun list of exercises you can do in you in your room at home. Exercising can seem like a huge task, but if you do a couple of these every day, you will be getting fitter and fitter! I try to do a couple of these every day, and they really make me feel stronger and make me feel ready for my day. Enjoy!
