Hey guys!!! I know most everyone reading this is in some form of quarantine or social distancing and before I start I would like to tell you… you’re not alone. Everyone in the whole world is going through the exact same thing that you are. So today I thought I would share with you this list of things you should try to do daily to keep your life active, moving, and productive.

Make your bed. You may think that there is really no use for this when no one is going to see it anyways, but it is an important habit. This helps give your room a more clean and comfortable vibe that allows you to relax rather than feeling trapped. This is very important when in quarantine.
Read one hundred pages of a book a day. If you can't/won’t read a hundred then at least try a chapter or two a day. This keeps you away from devices that “rot your brain” as our moms say🤪. It also boosts your imagination which would come in handy when bored.
List one or two things you are grateful for that day. This will allow you to have a more positive attitude during the day.
Write in a journal. Take note of your daily life in quarantine or not in quarantine. This is a good habit to start, also it's fun to look back on old journal entries.
Daily Devos. Daily devotions will help keep your “eyes” (your spiritual heart) on Jesus through the “storm” (coronavirus). Memorize a weekly verse to remind yourself of in hard times.
Workout/stretch. A morning stretch or workout will always make you feel refreshed before your busy or not so busy day starts.
Study/homework. Even though a lot of us are doing online schooling and don’t really have a choice, it's always good to stay on top of your schoolwork.
Make a daily to-do list. This will make sure you do all the things you need to do when you need to do it. This is a healthy organizational habit as well.
