how to make fluffy coffee!

hey everyone, today i'm going to be sharing a recipe to a delicious drink called fluffy coffee, dalgona coffee, or whipped coffee. It currently is a huge internet sensation that everyone is trying out. Let's get started!

✰ ingredients ✰

- 2 tablespoons of instant coffee or one pack

- 2 tablespoons of sugar (sugar is what makes it fluffy)

- 2 tablespoons of hot water

✰ instructions ✰

- first in a bowl or mixing bowl add your instant coffee, sugar, and hot water. - once the mixture becomes a cream like consistency start preparing your cup with milk and ice.

- start mixing with a hand mixer, spoon, or stand up mixer. Mixing with a spoon will be around 15 minutes whereas the mixers will only be around 3-5 minutes.

- Add the fluff mixture on top of the milk and stir until their are no more clumps of fluff. - Let it sit for a minute to develop a fluffy layer of milk on top!
