Ab Workout


Hey guys! This is a morning ab workout. It should take 15-20 min a day, so it shouldn’t take up much of your morning. This workout is best in the morning because it wakes you up and gets you active before your day starts. I hope y’all enjoy it, have a great rest of the day!!!

  • Plank 15 sec

  • 20 pushups

  • 10 burpees

  • Plank 30 sec

  • 20 push ups

  • 15 burpees

  • Plank 45 sec

  • 20 pushups

  • 20 burpees

  • Plank 1 min
